Our Story
We are Matt and Mari, partners in life, love, and really really good smash burgers. Our story started in NYC, where long shifts led to late night burger dates, and somewhere between bites, we fell for each other. Now, we get to bring the same love to Fishtown, one smash burger at a time.
But this isn't just for us... It's a love letter. to each other, to our son Mateo, and to every memory, flavor, and feeling that brought us here. Every bite holds a piece of our journey, from Matt's culinary roots to our late-night cravings.
